    Thirteen years ago, a young Mom named Pushpinder Sangha left her home on North Butte Road in Live Oak, California and was never seen again. Pushpinder was 27 years old at the time of her disappearance and was last seen driving away in her 1997 black Chevy Lumina.

    Although she was last seen on February 11, 2000, for reasons unknown she was not reported missing by her husband until February 20, nine days later. Eventually her vehicle was located but Pushpinder was never found and remains missing under suspicious circumstances. It has been 13 long years, Pushpinder Sangha is now 40 years old. Sadly, she left behind a 4 year old child who is now 17 and still missing their Mom.

    Description: Pushpinder Kaur Sangha is of East Indian descent. Born on December 12, 1972. Height: 5 feet 4 inches tall. Weight: 135 lbs. She has black hair and dark brown eyes.

    HUMAN BONES-Sutter County investigators were notified when a frightening discovery was made on July 21, 2013 in the micro community of Live Oak, California. A female resident found a single human bone in her backyard near the 2400 block of Archer Avenue.

    Detectives and anthropologists from University of California Chico have been brought in to uncover additional remains and possibly determine the identity of the deceased. It is unknown how long the skeletal remains have been at this location. TCC updates will be posted as the excavation continues.

    SUTTER CO.- On the morning of April 2, 1999 a heartbreaking discovery was made in southern Sutter County, California. The body of Elizabeth Francis Picchi was found near a drainage canal, she had been murdered.

    ELIZABETH PICCHI- Elizabeth was a 31 year old Grass Valley resident who frequented the Yuba-Sutter area. She was last seen in a nearby area known as Linda.

    Sadly, Elizabeth’s body was found unclothed. She had been strangled and stabbed multiple times. The community of Sutter was shocked. This vicious crime was committed successfully, without detection.

    REWARD: In 1999, The Carole Sund Foundation donated a $10,000 reward for information leading to a conviction in the case of Elizabeth Picchi. Carole Sund, (whom the foundation is named after), along with daughter, Juli, and friend Silvina Peloso were found murdered outside Yosimite National Park in March 1999, the same year Elizabeth Picchi was found.

    California citizens be advised, although it has been over 15 years since this horrific crime was committed, it remains unsolved and Elizabeth’s killer, remains at large.

    Elizabeth Picchi continues to be loved and missed by family and friends in the area.

  • victim hannaford photoCarolyn Sue Hannaford Unsolved Murder. Sutter County, Ca.

    Carolyn Sue Hannaford is another female resident of Sutter County, California to take her last breath at the hands of a killer.

    Sadly, her body was found west of State Hwy 99 at W. Catlett and Vernon Road on November 13, 1999. She was found wearing light blue jeans, a white t-shirt and white socks. Her death was ruled a homicide, however few details have been released to the public. Residents be advised, Carolyn Sue’s killer remains at large in California.

    Carolyn Sue is memorialized at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park in Sacramento, California.

  • victim guillen photo  YUBA CITY, CALIF.

    Carol Rosalli Guillen (age 20) was last seen at Quick Stop Market on Lincoln Road in Yuba City,  California, May 8, 2002. It is thought that she may have been meeting someone at the market that evening around 6:30 to 7 p.m. Video cameras show Carol’s black 1999 Honda Civic in the parking lot, but does not show anyone getting into or out of the vehicle.

    Sadly, the next morning Carol’s body was discovered in a local walnut orchard. To the absolute horror of the small farming community of Yuba City, this beautiful young lady had been shot multiple times in the face.

    This year Carol would’ve been 31 years of age.  Residents please be advised her murderer remains at large in California.
