• MISSING GIRLS OF THE DESERT PART 4:

      Written by Chandler Vaughn

MOJAVE DESERT, Calif.– Since the year 2000, disturbing numbers of women have disappeared or have been found murdered in southern California’s desert regions.

MISSING GIRLS OF THE DESERT- The list below is limited to the years 2000-2010. San Bernardino and Riverside Counties are included. Most of the following women were found off of California’s famous Route 66, I-15,  or in the open desert.

    (Left column: Year victim disappeared)

    1. 2000 Diana Raquel Rojas-Missing. (Remains may be in Ridgecrest).

    13. 2010 Zzyzx Road Burned Remains found, Baker, Ca. off I-15.

This is a very short example of the missing and murdered women of the California desert. There are simply to many (in this region) to ever make this list complete.

    • Women killed in their own homes, too many to list.
    • Unidentified sets of human remains found in the desert (by number), too many to list.

I will continue to add to this list until the missing are found, or justice is served.

  • SUSPECTED SERIAL KILLER NEAL FALLS – DID HE KILL IN CALIFORNIA?

      Written by Chandler Vaughn

CHARLESTON, West Virginia- July 18, 2015. Neal M. Falls, suspected serial killer, shot dead with his own gun by escort in West Virginia.

BACKPAGE.COM- Heather Saul, 30 year-old escort, advertises her services on a dangerous prostitution website called “BackPage.com”.

On the Saturday in question, Neal Falls simply responded to the ad.

“Sexy, red-headed sweetheart”, the ad said…A serial killer’s dream.

NEAL FALLS KILLED BY ESCORT-  It was a summer afternoon, 3 p.m. Heather opened her door to an average looking, 45 year-old, white male. Upon seeing that no one else was in her apartment, he jammed a gun into her side.

    “Live or die”?, Falls demanded.

He started violently strangling her. Heather noticed a small rake in the kitchen (a pet poop scoop) and grabbed it to fight him off. Fortunately, he put his gun down to regain control of her. At that moment, she seized the loaded gun and shot behind herself, over her shoulder. Heather revealed later that she could hear the sound of “fluids” hitting the floor as he slumped and slowly fell.

Neal Falls was shot in the head and killed instantly.

          Suspect’s Vehicle

MURDER SUSPECT’S VEHICLE– Police were called to the scene. Parked outside Heather’s residence, an innocent looking gold Subaru-type SUV with Oregon plates. Inside it was found the most grim set of tools. Investigators located a “kill kit” under the wagon’s back hatch. A mess of hatchets, knives, shovels and handcuffs strewn about unapologetically. Bleach, garbage bags, the list is long. The driver of this car appears to have been a lifetime predator. One can only hope the SUV’s filthy interior will yield DNA samples to solve his horrific crimes.

        Neal Falls “Kill Kit”

NEAL FALLS- Authorities suspect the dead killer has likely murdered and dismembered women from coast to coast, as far back as the year 2000.

Body parts in plastic bags, hundreds of miles apart. Often near an interstate highway.

Missing girls and women. Some of them in pieces.

FBI MULTI- STATE INVESTIGAION– The FBI suspects that Neal Falls may have left a jagged swath of murder victims running through West Virginia, Ohio, New York, Illinios, Kansas, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, California and at least 10 other states.

      Suspect is Oregon Resident

SERIAL KILLER- It appears that Neal Falls, resident of Springfield, Oregon, had no criminal history. His identity as a serial killer slipped past law enforcement for years. He worked as a security guard and possibly for the railroad, all across the United States.

He was fingerprinted by the FBI when obtaining his many security guard certifications. His certifications were active from 1999-2015.

From 2000-2008 Neal Falls was employed as a “traffic control guard” at Hoover Dam. He lived in Henderson, Nevada, on the outskirts of Vegas. During this time period authorities believe he may have killed women and dumped their bodies in California, just across Nevada/Arizona State Lines. In those days, he may have used Craigslist, in addition to finding his victims on the open road.

Former Hoover Dam co-workers of Neal Falls, (who found his behavior bizarre) once asked him what he had been doing the night before. He exclaimed without reservation “I was driving up and down the highway!”.

Many girls were reported missing (or found dead) from the Mojave desert region of southern California during the 8 year period in which Neal Falls worked at Hoover Dam.

After Falls was fatally shot by Heather Saul, a list was recovered from his pocket with the names of ten women. Police believe the named females were going to be his next victims.

Nine of the women on the list were from West Virginia, one of them from San Diego.

MISSING/ UNSOLVED MURDERS- With so many missing and murdered women in California from Oregon to the Mexican Border, is it possible Neal Falls, the alleged Butcher of Backpage”, was here?

Although Neal Falls was active thousands of miles from the Mojave Desert, his most current address was Oregon, which may have brought him to the interstates of California for the past 15 years.

    CALIFORNIA INTERSTATE: I-15 & I-40

    • Interstate 1-15 from San Bernardino to Barstow to Vegas
    • Interstate I-40 from Barstow to Needles to Arizona

Not only are there predators in the desert, these famous highways cut through some of the hottest places on Earth. Death Valley holds the world’s highest recorded temperature of 134 degrees.

Girls do not travel these interstates alone. Not even in broad daylight.

Historically, long desert highways have attracted mayhem of all sorts. Both I-15 and I-40 are part of Old Route 66. Stories of the Mojave and Old Route 66 are legendary and quite mysterious.

    Welcome to California.

Please Follow the Law and Stay Safe.

…A quick note to Ms. Heather Saul of West Virginia. BRAVO. You’re quite bad ass. If you can kill a serial killer…you can do anything.  Sincerely, Chandler Vaughn.

  • MISSING GIRLS OF THE DESERT-PART 3: SAN BERNARDINO JANE DOE (2010)

          Written by Chandler Vaughn

BARSTOW, Calif.- The above composite sketch is the likeness of a young girl who was murdered and barbarically decapitated, seven years ago this month, in February 2010. She is known as San Bernardino Jane Doe (Feb 2010).

HUMAN REMAINS FOUND IN DESERT- In February 2010, a man hunting for aluminum cans came across a backpack on Lenwood Road, a dusty desert byway in Barstow, just off interstate 15 near California 58.  He picked up the backpack (shown above) and opened it to find the severed head of a teenage girl wrapped in two plastic grocery bags.

Barstow Police were called to the scene.

SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY JANE DOE- The girl was estimated to be 14-19 years of age. She was Latina or possibly Caucasian. Her hair was brown. She had been deceased for around three days before she was discovered by the roadside. Extensive dental work present in her mouth indicates she was fairly well taken care.

SKETCH OF VICTIM– A composite sketch of what the young Jane Doe may have looked like was released by authorities. The remaining parts of her body were never found, so a height and weight couldn’t be determined.

Jane Doe’s murder and identity remain unsolved. Did you know her?

BARSTOW POLICE- If you have information on the identity of San Bernardino Jane Doe, please call Barstow Police at 760-255-5134 or 1-800-78-CRIME to leave an anonymous tip.

LOS ANGELES, Calif,- Lisa Marie Naegle, reality T.V star, disappeared after a friend’s birthday party at Alpine Village, a Bavarian restaurant in Torrance. “A little slice of Bavaria”, they say.

It was a Saturday night, December 18th, 2016.

LISA MARIE NAEGLE MISSING- At 2 a.m., Lisa spoke to her husband, Derek Harryman, by phone, allegedly sounding buzzed. In her last text around 2:30 a.m., she assured him that she was leaving to get food and then coming home.

Sadly, Lisa Marie Naegle left the party and was never seen alive again.

REALITY T.V. STAR- Lisa and Derek were married one year after she competed on a reality show called “Bridalplasty” that aired in 2010. Lisa Marie worked as a successful nurse/nursing instructor at West Los Angeles College. Here she met some of the friends and students in attendance the night she went missing.

JACKIE JEROME ROGERS- Restaurant staff, friends and students were questioned by law enforcement and family members. One student in particular, Jackie Jerrome Rogers, claimed that he and Lisa parted ways and left alone. In video surveillance footage obtained by the efforts of Lisa’s family, it became horribly clear he was not being honest. After conducting their own family investigation, the police were contacted with the evidence.

LAPD ARREST SUSPECT: On Tuesday, LAPD officers arrested Jackie Jerome Rogers on suspicion of murder. Roger’s led police to his house about 20 minutes from Alpine Village. There, buried in his Lennox backyard, the body of Lisa Marie Naegle was found. He gave no explanation for her murder.

MURDER / BODY FOUND- The details of the crime are brutal. Lisa had been beaten to death with a hammer, her naked body buried face down in a shallow garden grave. A special operations unit was called to the crime scene to excavate the remains, as well as the Los Angeles County Coroner.

Jackie Jerome Roger’s SUV was seized and will be inspected for forensic evidence.

Lisa Marie Naegle is loved and missed by many.  May She Rest in Peace.

SACRAMENTO, Calif.– Article: “Ryan Roberts Wrongful Conviction”.

RYAN ROBERTS– It’s ridiculous to think that a person could end up in prison for murder simply because he smoked a few cigarettes at a local ballpark and then left the butts on the ground. In the case of Ryan Roberts, convicted of murdering Sacramento teen, Jessica Funk-Haslam, this may have been all that happened, thanks to questionable use of California’s Prop 69.

SACRAMENTO TEEN MURDERED – In the interest of truth and justice, and the safety of our community, please imagine yourself in this position:

    • What if (at a public park) someone picks up your discarded cigarette butts and re-lights them…leaving their DNA mixed with yours?
    • What if that same person…is found dead in the park later that night?
    • What if you have an explanation for your cigarette butts/DNA being found at the park (crime scene), but detectives don’t believe you? What if the jury doesn’t?

RYAN ROBERTS WRONGFUL CONVICTION- To tell the story of Ryan Robert’s wrongful conviction, I must first tell you the story of a beautiful Sacramento teen, Jessica Funk-Haslam and her violent murder. To tell Jessica’s story, I must also tell of two Lawless relatives, two brothers: Reed and Thomas, and a man named Johnny Richardson.

JESSICA FUNK-HASLAM MURDER- If you can’t see a meaningful connection between Ryan Roberts and Jessica Funk-Haslam, or understand a motive, you’re not alone, it’s because there isn’t oneRemembering that, let me start from the beginning of this nightmare, March 6, 2012.

THE BODY / THE MURDER- On March 6, 2012 a woman jogging through Sacramento’s Rosemont Park discovered the dead body of a young girl inside a baseball dugout. The girl was determined to be 13 year-old Jessica Funk Haslam, a somewhat rebellious teen, who was last seen alive the night before, with friend, Savannah Lawless.

Jessica Funk-Haslam had been violently murdered. Strangled. Bludgeoned. Stabbed in the neck.

SACRAMENTO CO. SHERIFF– Sheriff’s investigators were called to the scene. Evidence was collected, questions were asked, video footage obtained. Slowly, a story (with motive and witnesses) began to emerge. A story that would later be recanted.

…A story that had NOTHING to do with Ryan Roberts.

ROSEMONT PARK- As the original story goes, Jessica Funk-Haslam left home the afternoon of her murder, against the wishes of her mother, Tara Haslam. Allegedly, Jessica ended up at Rosemont Park with a new friend named Savannah Lawless who lived nearby with her mother, Christina Lawless, at a dodgy motel called Vince’s. The sun set around six o’clock that evening, March 5, 2012.

CHRIS REED WITNESS STATEMENT- The details of the night started taking shape in a statement made by Chris Reed, a friend of Savanna’s mother, Christina.

Allegedly, that evening, Savannah called her mom, who then handed the phone to Chris Reed. Chris Reed stated that Savannah asked for help and asked him to bring a blanket to the park. According to his original statement, by the time Chris Reed arrived at the park, there were already three individuals standing near Jessica’s body:

    1. Savannah Lawless
    2. Christina Lawless
    3. Johnny Richardson

Chris Reed further stated there were two other people standing by.

CHRIS REED/JOHNNY THOMAS RECANT- Chris Reed told the account of what happened to his brother, Johnny Thomas. Both brothers made official statements containing the three names mentioned above. Then, they literally scratched out the names and changed the statements to say “two girls and a guy”.

At trial, the two statements were recanted entirely, with no explanation.

Here are a few other details about Savannah Lawless and Chris Reed that should be considered…

    • Savannah Lawless was given immunity for her testimony.
    • Originally, and allegedly, Savannah Lawless implicated Chris Reed as having been with Jessica the night before.
    • Chris Reed was captured on video in the motel parking lot carrying a blanket under his left arm, as indicated in his recanted statement.
    • Chris Reed allegedly laundered the blanket before returning it.
    • Chris Reed was subpoenaed to testify, pled the 5th, (refused to answer on the grounds of self-incrimination) and was released from the subpoena…on his statement it says very clearly that he was afraid to testify because he feared he’d be charged with Jessica’s murder.

SAVANNAH LAWLESS – Part of the story revealed at trial by defense witness, Michelle Serrao, placed Savannah Lawless with Jessica in a confrontation on the night in question. Michelle testified that upon hearing of Jessica’s murder, Savannah screamed “All I did was just beat her up!”.

LAWLESS TEEN– An important fringe detail that was ignored by investigators was the friendship between the two girls. Savannah Lawless was a new friend to Jessica of just a few months. You’ve heard the term “mean girls”?  By many accounts Savannah was allegedly quite abusive and once slapped Jessica so hard it knocked her hat off. It has also been alleged that Savannah left several angry voicemails for Jessica just two days before her murder.

FUNK-HASLAM WITH LAWLESS- In summary, Savannah Lawless was allegedly the last person Jessica was with at Rosemont Park and admitted to beating her up on the same night she was killed. Witness statements indicate that Chris Reed, Johnny Richardson and Christina Lawless may have played a part in this crime.

Dr. Rich’s accomplishments and contributions are many. I’ve included a copy/paste of his loving obituary below…What an excellent individual he was.

    1959 – 2014 Obituary Condolences
    Richard Joseph Meinert III

Our beloved brother, father, uncle, nephew, and friend, Richard Joseph Meinert III passed away in Janesville, California on Monday, June 23, 2014.

Rich was born in Washington, D.C. on January 14, 1959. He spent his childhood years in Illinois, Tennessee, and Southern California, and moved to Janesville with his parents and five siblings in 1975. He graduated from Lassen High School in 1977. He spent his early working years on construction projects and livestock at his family’s Janesville property. He became very good with a chainsaw and could build anything. On the Lassen College Fire Crew and with the Forest Service, he often teamed up with his brother Austin to cut fire line and work as a timber faller – collecting memories and life-long friendships along the way. There was nothing Rich enjoyed more than filling his pickup with the firewood he cut with his family and friends except, perhaps, cutting the perfect Christmas tree with his kids Morgan, Austin, and Zachary. Rich was completely at home in the woods. During his CB radio days, his handle was “Woodrat.”

Rich’s interest in animals began on the family ranch where he learned to raise pigs, rabbits, cows, and horses. He earned his B.A. in Animal Science at the University of Nevada, Reno in 1984, working with Dr. Don Hanks, Dr. Darrell Foote, and his father on bovine reproduction using his dad’s cattle. He completed his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University in 1990, and began his veterinary career with Lassen Veterinary Hospital under the direction of Dr. Tom Pyle. He started Thompson Peak Veterinary Services soon thereafter, and with the help of his dedicated and knowledgeable assistants over the years each horse and kitten was treated with the same compassion and skill. Rich’s expertise took him to the far corners of Lassen County and beyond. At one time he was licensed in 5 western states, Kansas, and New Hampshire. Rich participated in research at Plum Island, New York where he studied the diseases of livestock related to bioterrorism and was a state veterinarian for the California Department of Agriculture researching bovine tuberculosis. For many years Rich was the contracted veterinarian with the BLM Wild Horse and Burro Program in Litchfield. He also served as the fair veterinarian at the Lassen County Fair, providing necessary vet services and working with kids from the Lassen Dairy Group, 4-H and FFA on proper husbandry. He never once asked for compensation.

Rich was one of the most unselfish people you would ever meet, contributing his time and money to individuals and groups, and projects like the park in Janesville. He yearly provided the low-cost Doyle Vaccine Clinic, and was key to the Pups on Parole Program. Monday mornings were spent with students at Janesville School where X-ray day with “Dr. Rich” was a favorite. Kids were allowed to take home a real x-ray of animals that had broken a bone, or swallowed a fishhook. He also helped train Lassen High School Vet Science Team for competitions.

Rich was an avid skier and recently took up snowmobiling, but his kids were the focus of his life. Whether camping, boating, fishing, working with them at school, thrilling them on the Polar Express, or devouring seafood at Red Lobster, those three kids gave him life.

We have all suffered an incomprehensible loss. The compassion that Rich had for his work set him apart. His family and his many friends will miss his big smile, his ready laughter, his generous hugs, and his loving, thoughtful ways. We are better people for having known him and shared in his life.

Rich is survived by his children, Morgan, Zachary, and Austin of Janesville; former wife Elda Cooper of Janesville; sisters Susan Moore, Elizabeth Fielder, Megan Deal all of Reno; brothers Austin Meinert of Janesville and Michael Meinert of Reno; aunt and uncle Robert Case and Mary Meinert-Case of Sacramento; aunt and uncle Richard and Mary Jane DeCorps of Falls Church, Virginia; aunt Susan Harst of Massilon, Ohio; six nieces and nephews, and many cousins. Rich was preceded in death by his parents Richard Joseph Meinert Jr. and Marilyn Jean Meinert.

LASSEN COUNTY 4-H– Donations can be made to the “Dr. Rich Meinert Compassion in Action Memorial Award” to honor 4-H achievement. Contact the Lassen County 4-H Office at: 530-251-8285.

TRUE CRIME CALIFORNIA- Deepest sympathy and prayers for the family and friends of Dr. Rich. His life and spirit will not be forgotten. True Love Never Dies.

SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY PRESS RELEASE:

    MARCH 13, 2015

Red Mountain man convicted of rape and murder

    Jesse Peyton Rose (Booking Photo)

    SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.
      – A 20-year-old Red Mountain man was convicted Thursday for the 2014 rape and murder of a 71-year-old victim whose body was found 100 feet down a mineshaft.

After deliberating for two days, a jury found Jesse Rose guilty of Murder, Elder Abuse Resulting in Death, and Forcible Rape.

Sandra McKinney, 71, was stabbed 26 times—23 of which were about the face, head and neck.

According to Deputy District Attorney Sean Daugherty, who prosecuted the case, deputies were called to check on an abandoned vehicle in the desert. Upon arrival, they found the victim’s vehicle and noticed blood on the bumper and on the bed of the truck.

After further investigation, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Barstow/Trona substation detected a strong scent of bleach inside the vehicle and eventually returned to the victim’s home where they found the back door open. Nobody was home, but there was blood visible inside the house and the smell of bleach. Homicide investigators are called in and eventually find the victim’s body, along with other evidence linking Rose to the murder, in a mineshaft located nearby the residence.

Rose is scheduled to be sentenced May 8 in Dept. V4, Victorville Superior Court. He faces a maximum of life in state prison without the possibility of parole.

  • The Murder of Sandra Jean McKinney

Comments Off on The Murder of Sandra Jean McKinney

096 (1) SWIFT JUSTICE IS SERVED

UPDATE: JESSE PEYTON ROSE FOUND GUILTY. SENTENCING MAY 8, 2015

RED MOUNTAIN, Calif- The historic Mojave Desert mining communities of Red Mountain, Randsburg and Johannesburg are mourning the death of well known resident, Sandra Jean McKinney.  “Sandy”, 71, was a beloved mother, grandmother, and dedicated employee who helped clean up county parks and was adored by each person who knew her. Sandy had maintained 20 plus years of sobriety and was quite an inspiring individual according to members of the community. She is described by fellow residents as “super cute” and was known to be a “sweet and contented lady”.

Sandra Jean McKinney was reported missing from her home in Red Mountain at 4:55 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014. San Bernardino County Sheriffs were directed toward an area off  of Hwy 395, known as “Dog Patch”,  just a few short miles from Sandra’s home, where two of her cars were found abandoned. An immediate ground search was conducted, as well as air search by helicopter, but Sandra remained missing.

Sadly, the following day at 4:45 pm, the search came to a end. Beloved Sandra Jean McKinney was found dead. To the horror of the community, her body was found at the bottom of an abandoned mine shaft. At that point, Sandra’s death was ruled a homicide.

Since Sandra’s murder, residents of the Mojave remain on high alert. To have a local friend brutally murdered is truly horrible, but to have the criminals responsible for the murder roaming free, is down right frightening. Citizens are urged to exercise extreme caution and report any suspicious behavior until the suspects are taken into custody.

One positive detail in this case is that here, in the high desert of California, snitches DO NOT get stitches!  Locals are happy to provide leads to investigators and are intolerant of letting this crime fade into the background. In fact, it appears that many of these residents are proud gun owners and will likely have them loaded and ready from now on. Sandra owned guns for protection as well, which may have played a role in the motive behind this crime. *See timeline and updates below.

ONE SUSPECT ARRESTED: On May 5, 2014, Jesse Peyton Rose, a 20-year old resident of Red Mountain and neighbor of Sandra McKinney was arrested for her murder in Las Vegas, Nevada.

CALIFORNIA SUPERIOR COURT: Jesse Peyton Rose was transported back to Victorville, California and arraigned in San Bernardino County Superior Court on May 15, 2014.  He subsequently pleaded “not guilty” to charges of first degree murder, elder abuse and rape by force or fear. His bail was set at $1 million dollars.

JESSE ROSE TRIAL UPDATE: March 12, 2015. Convicted of murder, elder abuse and rape by force or fear.

God bless the hearts of Sandy’s surviving family and friends. True Love Never  Dies

CONTACT SHERIFF: If you have any information regarding the murder of Sandra Jean McKinney, please contact the San Bernardino County Sheriff, Homicide Department at 909-387-3589. VACAVILLE, Calif – Update Jan 2017: Marvin Markle Jr., convicted of murdering Shirley Ann Pratt in 2001 (shown above left) has recently been charged with 35 year-cold murder of Vacaville teen Deanna Lynn Johnson in 1982 (shown above middle). See both stories below.

BIGGS, Calif.- Shirley Ann Pratt, a 41 year old, vibrant resident of Butte County was last seen leaving her home, birth certificate in hand, to collect a substantial amount of money she had won at an Oroville casino. Later that evening she was seen at a gas station in Gridley. Shirley was said to have been accompanied by a man with dark hair, a mustache and goatee.

Shirley Pratt was never seen alive again.

Unfortunately, a lucky $19,000 jackpot that should have been a blessing to Shirley, may have become the motive behind what happened to her that terrible night.

SHIRLEY ANN PRATT BODY FOUND – On October 12, 2001, a fisherman on his way to the Oroville Wildlife Area in Biggs, was shocked to discover the lifeless body of a woman lying in the road near the park entrance at Vance Avenue. Sadly, the body was later identified as Shirley Ann Pratt, mother of three and beloved friend. Shirley had been shot between the eyes.

BUTTE COUNTY HOMICIDE – Butte County investigators were called to the scene. It would take 12 years of relentless investigation before charges would be brought against Shirley’s killer. Evidently, the suspect had always been a person of interest in the case. However, due to advances in DNA testing, a recent match was made.

MARKLE CHARGED WITH MURDER – Finally, on July 18, 2013, Marvin Ray Markle, Jr., a 47 year old Biggs resident and well known acquaintance of Shirley was arrested and charged with her murder.

Markle pleaded “Not Guilty” to all charges.

MARKLE CONVICTED OF 2001 PRATT MURDER

MARVIN MARKLE JR. –  Markle is also a person of interest in an unsolved homicide that occurred in Vacaville 35 years ago when he was just 17 years old. On November 15, 1982, 14 year old, Deanna Lynn Johnson (shown below) went missing from a high school party in her own neighborhood. Her parents contacted police that evening when Deanna Lynn failed to return home with her older brother. The next morning, two railroad employees made a horrifying discovery, it was Deanna Lynn Johnson. Her cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma to the head.

DEANNA LYNN JOHNSON – Although many suspects were interviewed, no single person emerged as Deanna Lynn’s killer, rather, it appears that Marvin Markle, Jr, also known as “Ziggy”at the time, was one of several party goers that may have been involved. Police have since concentrated their investigation on three particular suspects, Markle being one of them. It has long been believed that many of the kids in attendance that night knew what happened to Deanna Lynn, but were unwilling to come forward. In 1982, DNA collection and testing had not yet become what it is today, and without any physical evidence, Deanna Lynn’s murder has gone unsolved.

Investigators hope that Markle’s prosecution in Butte County will help spur on new information in the 1982 homicide of Deanna Lynn Johnson. With a $50,000 reward offered, it is anticipated that witnesses who may have been reluctant before, will finally come forward allowing True California Justice for Deanna Lynn Johnson, whose beautiful life was taken at such a tender age.
